Arklyfe offers a professional on-site curtain measurement service across Melbourne and Victoria. Whether you are planning motorised curtains, motorised blinds or a curtain installation, our local team visits your home, takes precise measurements and provides a full quote covering hardware and installation in one visit. On-site measurement is a paid service. We'll confirm the scope and total fee, including applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, before booking. There is no obligation to buy products. For curtain projects, your paid measurement fee can be credited once towards the measured project at the same property, up to the eligible order value. Accept the product quote and pay the required deposit within 60 calendar days of the post-measurement written product quote's issue date. No minimum order value applies. Previously accepted quotes and confirmed bookings retain their agreed measurement terms, with no retroactive charges.

Arklyfe On-Site Measurement & Purchase Credit Policy
1. Fees & booking
Measurement is a paid service with no obligation to purchase. Before booking, we confirm the scope, total fee including applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, and any site-readiness requirements. Extra work requires your approval. A properly completed measurement is not refundable simply because you choose not to order.
2. Put Your Measurement Fee Towards Your Curtains
Credit towards curtains
Your paid measurement fee is credited once towards the measured curtain project at the same property, up to the eligible order value, with no minimum spend. Accept the written post-measurement product quote and pay the required deposit within 60 calendar days of its issue date. We apply the credit before calculating the deposit. Extensions may be agreed in writing before expiry; quote validity is separate. The credit cannot be transferred, used for unrelated goods or exchanged for cash. A measurement booking is not a product order.
3. Changes & repeat visits
With at least 24 hours’ notice, reschedule free or cancel for a full measurement-fee refund. For later cancellations or missed appointments, only reasonable, unavoidable costs actually incurred under the terms disclosed before booking may be retained; the balance is refunded. Provide safe access and a ready site. Extra visits for site or requirement changes are quoted and agreed first; correcting our measurement error is free. If we cancel before providing the service, choose a replacement appointment or a refund.
4. Orders & your rights
Product cancellations follow the order terms and applicable law. Measurement fees, credits and product payments are accounted for separately, without charging twice for the same cost. Credits are not cash-refundable, without reducing refunds required by law. Existing accepted quotes and confirmed bookings keep their agreed terms, with no retroactive charges. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
