1. Shipping Time

Domestic shipping within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer Australia-wide delivery on all orders.

  • A flat shipping fee of $200 applies to all wine cabinet products due to their size and handling requirements.
  • A flat shipping fee of $20 applies to all small items and accessories.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.


4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assist you with either:

  • A replacement, or

  • Filing a claim with the courier


6. Changing Your Shipping Address

Address changes may be possible before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has shipped, address changes are subject to courier policies and may incur additional fees.


7. Express Shipping

Express shipping options are available at checkout where supported.

Please note that express shipping availability may vary depending on location.


8. Packaging & Safety

All orders are packed using protective materials suitable for electronic equipment, including:

  • Anti-static bags

  • Padded packaging

  • Reinforced cartons where required

This ensures your items arrive safely and securely.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please contact our support team within 7 days with photos of the received items.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • Shipping any missing parts promptly
