The Arklyfe Premium Metal Panel Exhaust Fan FE-C023-AU is the high-airflow metal-panel flagship of the Arklyfe wall-mounted exhaust-fan range, built around a Ø150 duct for substantially more air movement than the standard Ø100/125 fans used in entry-tier bathrooms. It is the model to specify for large family bathrooms, double-shower ensuites, commercial laundries and any AU space where moisture extraction has to be measurably faster than a builder's-grade fan can deliver. Shipped from Melbourne for Australian 240V mains.
The duct size is the headline. A Ø150 duct moves roughly 2.25× the air of a Ø100 duct at the same fan-blade speed, which means faster moisture removal after a shower, less mould risk on grout and silicone, and shorter runtime to achieve a dry bathroom. For AU bathrooms with persistent fogging problems, paint-peeling around the ceiling, or recurring mould on tile corners, the answer is almost always larger ducting, not a noisier fan. The FE-C023 ships with the duct size that actually solves the problem.
The powder-coated metal panel reads as a deliberate design fitting next to stone, tile and matte cabinet fronts, important in renovations where the bathroom fan is visible from a doorway or visible while showering. Low-noise operation at the higher airflow rate is the engineering challenge most cheap large-duct fans fail; the FE-C023 keeps the noise floor low enough for evening and overnight operation.
