The Arklyfe 1-Bay 10-Channel PoE AI NVR is the recording and AI hub for an Arklyfe security-camera installation, built for Australian homes and small commercial properties running between two and ten cameras and needing local recording, AI face matching and proper search across days of footage. PoE-out powers connected cameras through the same Ethernet cable that carries video, so a single run of Cat6 to each camera replaces the power-plus-data wiring problem that drives the cost of every other camera install. Shipped from Melbourne with full AU support.
The system scales to 10 simultaneous PoE cameras: enough for a primary residence (front door, driveway, side gate, backyard, garage), an extended duplex layout, or a small commercial site (entry, dock, internal lobby, perimeter, point-of-sale). The 1-bay drive capacity is sized for the kind of weeks-to-months retention most AU residential and small-commercial users need without requiring a separate storage server. Face database management handles up to 10 face databases with 20,000 facial images, which is enough for an extended family plus regular visitors, or a small business with staff and known regular customers.
Day-to-day, the search functions are where this NVR earns its keep. Image-based search, attribute search and alarm-triggered search let you find a specific event in hours of footage without scrubbing, the difference between "I think there was something on Tuesday evening" and "show me everyone who entered the front gate between 6pm and 10pm last Tuesday". Face detection and recognition, perimeter intrusion with tripwire, and intelligent human-and-vehicle separation mean alerts are precise, not constant. Alarm input/output integrates the NVR with existing alarm panels and sirens.
